You were born March 25 1967 in Los Angeles, California. 1975 was the beginning of your professional acting career with an appearance in the independent film short "My Right Foot". In June 1977 you received another small role as Marsha, a lonely housewife looking for love in in the film "Looking For Love". Constantly working through the end of the 70's, your first television appearance was on the British show "The Seven Truffles", appearing in episode #28 "Making Pancakes". Your next television appearance was in the dark comedy "Trial and Air", where you played auto salesman Janet in several episodes through 1981. By this time you had also appeared in several stage plays and television commercials as well as several small movie parts, including "Trailriders", "The Wild Buns", "Several Days of the Condor" and "Dances With Squirrels". You also made a brief appearance in Fox's' 1983 made for TV mini-series "I Am Just So Happy" as Gordon the fisherman.

In June of 1988, at the age of 21, you were awarded the "Screen Guild Award For A Good Job" for an appearance alongside Brian Blessed in the independent film "Shovel That Stuff Quicker" where you played General Mayhem the shoveling commander. Other Awards that year included the "The Jamby Actor of the Week Award" and the "Jack's Super Good Acting Award".

In the 90s you made many stage and screen appearances, including "The Flippy Brothers", "The House that Fell Over", "I Can't For The Life Of Me", and "Where Is The Potato Salad", directed by Richard Donner with you appearing as Phil's friend's second cousin on his mother side. It also starred Ruth Buzzi, Harry Hamlin, Gary Coleman and Danny Bonaduce among others. Additional film credits include "Nice Coconuts" (as the lost person), "Operation Dumbo Drop", Waterworld (as a fish), The "World According to Reginald" (as a park bench), "Why Don't They Write", the animated feature "Barry Badger" as the voice of Barry's brother Art, and "Noisy World" (as the crowd).

In 2000 and 2001 you appeared in "I Lost My Drunk Sister", "Flapjacks!", then as Winona in the thought-provoking MBC series "For The Love Of Monkeys", and as yourself in the short film, "We Would Give This Film A Shorter Name But Then We Could Not Use So Many Letters In The Title And That Would Less Interesting, Wouldn't It?". You have been in a total of 163 movies, 211 stage plays, and an estimated 435 television shows.
